For the Reagan's & Windley's...wish we were there with you all

Here are some recent pictures. In the last couple months we bought a house (one of the pictures below.) We love it and are so thankful the our new home. Ella and Hope are growing up fast. Ella loves playing with her sister and her best buddy Grace. Hope is a baby that is FULL OF LIFE. She keeps us laughing and guessing. We are excited to see the little person God has made her to be.

Welcome Hope

About six and a half weeks ago we welcomed our daughter Hope Ann into our family. It has taken me way to long to put this on our blog but I really wanted to publish pictures of a beautiful new addition. Hope is wonderful and very different from Ella as a baby. She is the strongest infant I have every held and very alert. Dave and I are so excited to continue to know her better. Ella has been a wonderful big sister. Dave and I are impressed at how she is so nurturing. She is always encouraging Hope and wanting to play with her. We are excited for them to become life long friends.

Easter

We had a great time this Easter with several of our friends that we are going to really miss in our upcoming move. As you can see Ella had a good time herself as she ate an assortment of jellybeans which then lead to the multicolor droll down the front of her shirt.

Maryland Here We Come!

We have some news! We are moving to Maryland! We are very excited that God has answered our prayer to provide a job change for Dave that would also move us closer to family. We are really going to miss things about the Tar Heel State. It always seems that as soon as you get ready to leave a place you see the best things about it (great friends and a great church, not to mention sweet tea). But we are also thrilled to move back to the Annapolis area. We hope to make the move sometime in mid-April. More updates to come…

A few of my favorite things...

I think we all go through stages as kids were we think that one toy is the absolute coolest. It has been really fun to watch these stages begin with Ella. I think that just recently we reached her first real obsessions. She cannot get enough of Dogs and Balloons. It has been hysterical to watch her reaction when either of these comes into sight. We read her dog book at least 3 times a day.

Other news is that Peanut is the size of and Avocado! Go peanut!

Lastly, Dave is getting ready to take Ella to her first swim lesson. I will let you all know how that goes...

Hanging Out Around the House

Don't ask how the game got started, but Ella seemed to love it. Basically, she was perfectly still while Dave hung as many hangers on her as he could and then she would try to shake them off. It was a good time for at least an hour.

Not much to report down here in NC. We are enjoying life as a little family. Dave's shoulder is healing well after surgery and he is excited about be active again soon. Meanwhile I am just trying to muster enough energy to be active through pregnancy and Ella.

For the time being we plan to refer to this little fellow as Peanut. We don't know the exact due date but think we will get to meet Peanut in person sometime in July.
